Technical specifications
• file type – jpeg, animated or static gif, flash (swf)
• maximum file size – 100k
• includes click-through URL
• click-through URL in flash (swf) must be set to open in a blank window
• resolution – 72 dpi maximum
• colour mode – RBG colour or index
• image quality –  high or compress to 7

Ad files due
•  25th of month prior to booking period

•  Identify client’s name, ad type and start date for the materials sent

General conditions
•  Contents of web advertisements are subject to the publisher’s approval
    and the publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel an advertisement.
•  Due to various differences in screen sizes, resolutions/colours, operating
    systems and browser versions on computer systems, we cannot guarantee
    that creative submitted for web production will look the same on
    every machine and configuration. Every effort will be made to retain the
    overall look of the original advertisement. We are therefore unable to
    match web colour to print colour.
 
Terms
•  New clients – prepaid by copy deadline
•  Existing clients – 30 days from date of invoice
